Andrew entered the real estate industry in 1998 from the field of high finance merchant banking with the idea of helping consumers of real estate achieve their dreams with a low stress, high result approach.
Starting his career in one of Sydney’s highly awarded ‘Jenman Approved’ offices ensured that Andrew’s whole sales approach was based on customer benefits above his or the firm’s interests and to this day that ideal still exists with the creation of Reliant Realty with top sales agent Megan Stevens.
Andrew’s recent successes include – the highest sales price ever achieved by an Epic Realty staff member as well as being the leading listing and sales agent when Epic Realty was sold to McGrath – an achievement cemented with the highest GCI award from McGraths Engadine in the following year – pinpointing Andrew as the highest achieving agent in the area.
Andrew’s local knowledge and helpful attitude still really sets him apart from other agents.
Andrew believes that real estate is about helping people achieve their dreams whether that be selling or buying and knows that exceptional negotiation skills and great client services are the key to fantastic results.

Andrew and his wife, Wendy, have two children who are active in the area’s sporting arena from the Loftus Leapers, Rovers, Yarrawarrah Tigers, water polo, the local netball team and the Engadine Swim Squad.
